minor #19525 remove $ so gitclip works (tacman)

This PR was submitted for the 7.0 branch but it was merged into the 6.4 branch instead.

remove $ so gitclip works

From github, leaving the $ in will be included when someone is using the "copy" function to the right of the bash/console statements.  The $ gets in the way.
