HighBalance timedsheet not displayed when expected.

Mostly seeing it locally. Also observed in CI, but much less frequent and on CI even if it occurs the test tends to pass in the next rerun.

Steps to reproduce:

• For instance test @onchain_1 e2e test
  • Have a fresh wallet
  • Send it sats: 100_000_000

Actual:

Backup timed sheet is displayed.
High balance timed sheet is NOT displayed.

Expected:

Both backup and high balance timed sheet should be shown.

Logs:

Seems that both timed sheets are scheduled and high balance is dismissed somehow after being displayed. However it is not seen on the screen.
