Using is_user_logged_in() or a similar function, a Option should be added to the plugin settings page that allows the site admin to decide whether the widget should be shown to everyone, or if they should exclude site administrators that are logged in, or if they should exclude logged in users. It could possibly have a drop down menu that excludes it from a certain level of users or higher.
