CLI version of Iris silently quit on Windows 11 at the very early stage of initialization

CLI (native winit window) fails ~90% of launches on internal laptop panel only (1920x1080, single iGPU), tested at both 100% and 150% scale, exit code -1073740771 / 0xC000041D (STATUS_FATAL_USER_CALLBACK_EXCEPTION — consistent with a panic during window/monitor creation). External-only monitor at 1080p/100% is 100% stable. iris-gui (egui/eframe) is unaffected.

Emulated system screen is not displayed, iris exits during initialization without any specific error message. Last message is:
