requirements: tensorflow version or compatibility patch to ver1.x ?

got an error while creating databases on ubuntu 18.10 with latest tensorflow (pip-install)

AttributeError: module 'tensorflow' has no attribute 'get_default_graph'

any hint to resolve this?
