My name is Andrey, I'm a former Microsoft Playwright engineer. I'm leading the [Flakiness.io|https://flakiness.io] project now.
I've noticed you're using Playwright Test and you even run [multiple shards|https://github.com/temporalio/documentation/actions/runs/27078585008/job/79920342564]. Flakiness.io has a nice feature for Playwright Test called [*shard balancing*|https://github.com/flakiness/playwright#balanced-sharding]. It minimizes the _makespan_ of your sharded runs, so you'll get results faster. I'd be curious to see how it works on your workload.
There's a *free plan* for open source projects. Once integrated, you'll get all your tests and their performance history in one place, along with their trends, results & artifacts. It would look like this: https://flakiness.io/flakiness/playwright.
