Compare user's pitch against target song's pitch and calculate score

Let's have fun with this one! We can match up the user's pitch/time data (Issue #18, #19, #20) and compare that to the target song's pitch data (Issue #24 ). We can think like a game designer (and a teacher!) as we figure out how to score the user.
