Deb Maintainer Wanted

There is no official debian/ubuntu (etc) release channel.

**Describe the solution you'd like**

I, Tim (the bitmath maintainer), would like somebody to take over `.deb` patching and responsibilities.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**

I thought I would do this once, but I don't have any motivation to keep up with that.
