Enabling the options of using other rulesets easily?

There are multiple rulesets, I wouldn't be surprised if WP is a big one people use but I was looking at https://github.com/PHPCompatibility/PHPCompatibility#using-a-frameworkcmspolyfill-specific-ruleset and it would be nice to have a way to run those easily. Since this is running locally I wonder if just pulling in the different ones would be fine?
