Simpler / more opinionated way to onboard existing codebase

I'm trying to onboard to using / trying trueflow for an existing code base, and it's a little unclear how I would best do that. I found trueflow tui but it's overwhelming to consider reviewing everything, even for a small side project, and there's not much sense of accomplishment for getting a piece done.

I think I want to add a trueflow onboard command that is a wizard that helps users get started with low-hanging-fruit reviews, establish some early momentum, and handle repository setup/configuration in a guided way. It can start with high-level config stuff like "are these defaults good?", show some of the ropes, and then slowly roll them into the review process, maybe with some kind of intelligently-selected top-10 things to review based on some kind of heuristic or agent/model input.

This probably needs real UX/design thought so we choose the right wizard flow, figure out how to surface easy wins, and get some early momentum at low friction.
