Describe the bug
The organization profile README contains a link to the handle @XEng ([https://x.com/XEng](https://x.com/XEng)), but navigating to that profile shows "This account doesn’t exist."

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the main [organization profile page](https://github.com/twitter) or view [profile/README.md](https://github.com/twitter/.github/blob/main/profile/README.md).
2. Scroll down to the Get in touch! section.
3. Click on the 👋 @XEng link ([https://x.com/XEng](https://x.com/XEng)).
4. Observe the page stating "This account doesn’t exist."

Expected behavior
The link should direct to an active, official account on X (such as @X or an updated engineering handle), or be removed if no longer active.
