Describe the bug
Last wrote a note on this author on November 8, 2025 https://x.com/i/birdwatch/n/1987290560248311834 . Several attempts since then result in note limit notice, unable to write note.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://x.com/WallStreetApes/status/2018712332344414595
2. Click on Write a Community Note
3. Unable to write note, see screenshot

Expected behavior
Post author limit should reset after 1 week max

Desktop/Windows/web/Chrome + Android/app
