The book is tailored very much towards Python and practical methods, which I do very much appreciate.
Nevertheless, something like
"The process of debugging means to use static and dynamic (software) system analysis and its automation and adaption to speed up bug (classes) elimination for the (classes of) target systems." is the eventual goal.
I am still in the process of writing an article on general hw/sw system debugging (https://matu3ba.github.io/articles/optimal_debugging/), but not sure how useful that would be to you.
