Make full profile output in MFILE optional #4301

Description

@ajpearcey

Currently all the 1D profiles (defaultly 500 points) are saved in the MFILE for all derived quantities such as:

Spitzer resistivity
Electron-alpha Spitzer slowing down time
Electron-alpha thermal mean free path
Electron-triton mean free path
Electron-deuteron mean free path
Electron-electron mean free path at point
Electron-alpha thermal collision frequency
Electron-triton collision frequency
Electron-deuteron collision frequency
Electron-electron collision frequency
Electron-alpha thermal collision time
Electron-triton collision time
Electron-deuteron collision time
Electron-electron collision time
Electron-alpha thermal Coulomb log
Deuteron-triton Coulomb log
Electron-triton Coulomb log
Electron-deuteron Coulomb log
Electron-electron Coulomb log
Plasma upper hybrid frequency
Plasma triton toroidal Larmor frequency
Plasma deuteron toroidal Larmor frequency
Plasma electron toroidal Larmor frequency
Plasma electron frequency
Plasma alpha thermal velocity
Plasma triton thermal velocity
Plasma deuteron thermal velocity
Plasma electron thermal velocity
Plasma triton isotropic Larmor radius
Plasma deuteron isotropic Larmor radius
Plasma electron Debye length

When performing parameters scans this is giving rise to MFILE.DAT that are 100's of mb. This significantly slows down any plotting routine and makes the MFILES awkward to manipulate.

We should implement a switch to select whether the user wants these quantities output into the MFILE.
