Record helper class constructors/destructors.

In Delphi, it is possible to add class constructors and destructors to record helpers. eg:

  TTicks = type Int64;
  
  TTicksHelper = record helper for TTicks
  private
    class var FPerSecond: Int64; // <-- Allowed in Delphi/FPC/Unleashed
    class constructor Create;   //  <-- Allowed in Delphi, not allowed in FPC/Unleashed
  public    
    class property PerSecond: Int64 read FPerSecond;
  end;
//...

This is not possible in FPC/Unleashed even though things like class variables are allowed. Sure, I could do the same thing using the initialization/finalization unit sections but that would always be called, even if the type was never used. Having a class ctor/dtor like this is a much more tidy and efficient way of implementing type initialization. Do you think this should be an added feature?
