visualization edit fields not showing on v10

Describe the bug

When trying to edit a visualization filter on v10 index pattern fields load is throwing an error

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

index pattern fields must be usable for all filters

Current Behavior

on edition adding/editting a filter of the visualization throws an error and dont let the user to modify the visualization properly

Reproduction Steps

• navigate to visualization list
• edit any visualization
• edit/add a filter
