How do I know when dragged has stopped?

I want to call a method in my server when dragged stopped (saving changes),
But I'm getting noticed every little change.
Is there any way knowing the dragged stopped?

@tomdiinur sorry I don't have time to address your issue, also just an FYI, this project is discontinued and I am currently using angular 2+ / reactjs now. if you found the solution I'll be glad to merge your pull request. thanks!
