Should this create TOC in the beginning of pdf-document

You can create any content in markdown and place it anywhere in the pdf document.

TOC (AKA 'bookmarks') in terms of the markdown-pdf is a special part of the pdf document, which is displayed by pdf viewers in a separate frame.

Ok, thanks. My pdf -viewer didn´t show this bookmarks by default.
