Special Tracking Issue for Platform Port

✨ Feature Description

Cross platform port.

Due to a collaborator offering to help with Avalonia, the project will be retargeting Avalonia for the cross-platform port and UI uplift.

🎯 Goal

Avalonia cross platform port for Linux and maxOS, with UI uplift for all OS.

🧩 Proposed Solution (Optional)

UI layers rewrite + small logic rewrites for coupled code.
