feat: Add popular AI services

Description: Please add popular AI platforms to the list of checked services to monitor availability (Geo-blocking/DPI). These services are currently high-priority for many users.

Services to add:

• Google Gemini (gemini.google.com, generativelanguage.googleapis.com)
• OpenAI / ChatGPT (chatgpt.com, api.openai.com)
• Anthropic / Claude (claude.ai, api.anthropic.com)
• Claude Code (CLI tool connectivity)
• Microsoft Copilot (copilot.microsoft.com)

Unfortunately, most of the services you listed fall into categories that are already documented in the README as problematic for automated HTTP checks:

Returns 403 regardless of geo-restrictions:

• chatgpt.com, api.openai.com - CloudFlare/JS challenge gates every request, 403 is not a signal of blocking

Returns 200 but is still geo-blocked:

• gemini.google.com - the page loads fine over HTTP, but the service itself is unavailable in restricted regions (you get an in-page "not supported in your region" banner)
• claude.ai - returns 200, but only because it silently redirects to https://www.anthropic.com/app-unavailable-in-region. A script following redirects sees a successful response while the user sees a geo-block page.

In all these cases the HTTP status code is not a reliable signal: endpoints produce either constant false positives (always 403) or false negatives (200 while actually blocked), making them actively misleading in a geo-block/DPI monitoring context.

copilot.microsoft.com is the exception - it behaves correctly and returns status codes that accurately reflect actual availability. I will add it to the list.
