Missing signature warning on Debian's apt update

I get this warning on Debian terminal each time I would update the apt list.
Warning: OpenPGP signature verification failed: https://gh.vietanh.dev/ThinkUtils/apt ./ InRelease: Sub-process /usr/bin/sqv returned an error code (1), error message is: Missing key 0092B214FA9579FA0C615B8E860BCA12A89A31CA, which is needed to verify signature.

Did you set up the signature somewhere?
