[Enhancement] Notice About Possible Situation That Results in "raylib.h" Not Found #24

Description

@Wajinn

When using Visual Studio Code or VSCodium on Linux and installed from the flatpak, there can be a lack or screwed up permissions, where it gives the "raylib not found" type of errors. It can be that the actual installation of raylib was fine and it works outside of using those editors. This problem does not affect the appimage version of those editors.

Possibly, it might be good to add a note about this and to check if things are working from the terminal and compare that with what is going on with an editor.
