Duplicate Rust package #4

Hi, thanks for organizing the fork
I had a look at asg017@9dfbd88 and there's a lot going on. Not sure I got all the intentions but as it stands the Rust packages exists in / and bindings/rust. Note that git dependencies with Rust/Cargo do not require packages to be in the root directory. Cargo will happily find the package based on the name in any sub-directory, i.e. you should be able to do away with the root-level dupe. Thanks
