Needs a less messy way of including stemCSS #1
Description
Right now, a whole copy of stemCSS is included here, which is duplicate-ey and bad.
NPM packages aren't easy to get into an /assets/ folder, and could be accidentally updated even if we did attempt to use NPM.
The only other option I can think of is copying the stemCSS Getting Started instructions, i.e. using curl or wget to get the stemCSS .zip then extracting it to the assets folder.
That doesn't sound so bad.
