Create overall architecture diagram

Add an overall architecture diagram that shows the different parts of the dispatch system. This must include at least the following items:

• Caller's phone
• BT operator
• Pre-Alert server
• Dispatch app
• Unit server
• MDT interface server
• Vehicle MDTs

Show the connections/data transfers between the different items:

• Phone to operator:
  • Event details (verbal)
  • AML data (automatic HTTP POST or SMS)
• Operator to Pre-Alert server:
  • TBC
• Pre-Alert server to Dispatch app:
  • New Pre-Alert event data
• Other connections/transfers TBC
