Snapshot Ethical thinking workshop and Ethical Risk Canvas for archival

@dontcallmedom reminded us we should probably post a PDF copy of these workshop facilitating documents somewhere if only for archival sake:

• Part One - Ethical thinking workshop - is about using the principles to generate and prioritize potential risks
• Part Two - Ethical Risk Canvas - is about digging deeper into specific risks and thinking about who they might impact and how best to mitigate them.

A belated update: I gave a presentation to the Web & AI IG to kick off joint work on the Ethical Principles for Web Machine Learning deliverable to reinvigorate the effort.
