Claude Code integration hangs on macOS / MCP not detected

Environment:
macOS

Issue:

When I open opcode and send any prompt using Claude, the UI opens correctly, but the purple loading wheel spins indefinitely, and no response is returned.

Additionally, MCP does not appear to be detected when opening my repository.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Clone the opcode repository
• Open opcode
• Open a repository
• Send any prompt through Claude

Expected Behavior:

• Claude should respond
• MCP should be detected automatically when opening the repo

Actual Behavior:

• Purple loading spinner spins forever after sending a prompt
• No response is generated
• MCP is not detected/initialized
