Context

Stellar federation (name*domain.com) is a long-standing standard. The SDK is gaining a federation resolver. Document how to use it in payment flows.

Scope

Write docs/guides/stellar-federation.mdx:

• What federation is, SEP-0002 reference
• How to register federation for your own domain
• SDK helper resolveStellarFederation() usage
• UX patterns: "You can use a federation address like alice*example.com" hint in inputs
• Caching considerations
• Failure modes (DNS failure, malformed response, etc)

Acceptance criteria

• Page committed
• SDK examples verified
• Linked from SDK Stellar page
