Autopatcher doesn't cleanly apply to CM10.1 RC2

When trying to apply openpdroid to a CM10.1 image [cm-10.1.0-RC2-mako.zip] for the Nexus 4.
It results in a failed patch for CdmaServiceStateTracker.smali and for GsmServiceStateTracker.smali

Thanks for the report. We have been seeing that fairly regularly and it is accounted for in the script. It has widely tested and we have yet to ascribe any bugs or functionality loss to our current handling of the issue.

I hope to wipe out the confusion this causes with a future update...whether that will come from changes to the Pdroid core or the autopatcher is an open question at this point.
