[API v4][enhancement] specify what happens when disassiocating a vehicle

One line to explicit what happens when you disassiocate a vehicle would be helpfull.

1. The vehicle is still know from Xee API but with no device attached ?
2. The data of the vehicle are still kept intact ? and visible with the API ?
3. The Xee Connect can be associated with the same vehicle again ?
4. Can still be associated with a new vehicule ?

3. yes but it will generate a new uuid and appears as a new vehicule for all the new data collected.
4. probably yes.
