Update PyPi with a new version like 1.0RC2

Currently, PyPi has only 1.0RC0 which has some bugs. At least more up to date version will help people be less frustrated. Looks like you're due to a RC2 considering that the setup.py already lists RC2.

I would encourage this as well. pip currently has RC1 which is 8 months old as of now. And there are a lot of commits after this that are bug fixes.
