Task Templates don't respect naming strategy

Describe the bug
On a wiki with Preformatted names naming strategy, the templates created through the Create Task Template button don't respect the naming strategy.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce the problematic behavior:

1. In the Admin Section > Editing > Name Strategies, select Preformatted names (no accents, no space, no special characters)
2. Click on the Create new template button on the Task Manager homepage
3. Create a new template named something like >>formatted<<

Expected behavior
The template is saved in a page named formattedTemplate

Actual behavior
The template is saved in a page named >>formatted<<Template

Environment (please complete the following information):

• OS: linux mint
• Browser firefox
• XWiki version 17.10.2
• App version 3.10.1

Additional context
Bonus: Adding a . in the template creates an additional space (XWiki page delimiters are not escaped)
