The first article in The DSH Agent Workbench series is now live: One Project, Three AI Conversations: Why I Put DSH, Codex, and Claude Together This is more than putting three chat UIs in one place. The goal is to keep project conversations together in DSH, choose DSH-native, Codex, or Claude Code according to each task's capability, cost, and quality needs, and establish clean boundaries for future multi-agent coordination. The implementation remains no-fork: the Codex and Claude backends are independently installable DSH plugins. Feedback on the workflow and plugin boundaries is welcome. |

Five independently installable plugins are now available for official DeepSeek Harness. They add Codex, Claude Code, a workspace file browser, and an interactive terminal without patching DSH core or maintaining a fork.
The recording above is a clean npm installation running on official DSH, not a mockup.
Plugins
Codex and Claude are independent backends and do not depend on Relay Events or Workbench. Files and Terminal communicate through Workbench's public contracts; Terminal obtains execution through its public provider registry rather than importing Codex implementation code.
Install
Each repository README contains the exact npm and GitHub installation commands, platform requirements, activation steps, and troubleshooting. Start with the plugin chooser and installation guide.
The packages are separately versioned and released. Their CI checks installation and builds against an official DSH checkout; the Codex runtime suite additionally runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows.
Feedback
Compatibility reports, installation results, and API-boundary feedback are welcome. For a plugin-specific bug, please open an issue in that plugin's repository. Use this discussion for cross-plugin behavior, packaging, and the overall no-fork direction.
