找不到ml_collections这个模块

Hi @hubby110,

Thanks for raising this issue. You are correct, ConfigDict is part of the ml_collections library.
I have now added a requirements.txt file. Please pull the latest changes from the repository and install the required packages by running the command below. This should resolve the error.
P.S. Feel free to update the pytorch version in the file if needed, depending on your specific GPU and CUDA version.
