Adds WhereMyTokens to the Developer Utilities section.
WhereMyTokens is an open-source Windows system tray app for monitoring Claude Code token usage in real time. It reads local JSONL session files to display per-session token counts, costs, context window usage, and tool call breakdowns, with 5h/1w rate-limit bars from the Anthropic API.
