🎨 Palette: Add skip-to-content links for keyboard accessibility

💡 What: Added a visually hidden "Skip to main content" link to all pages that is revealed on keyboard focus. Added a matching ID and tabindex to the

element.
🎯 Why: Screen reader and keyboard-only users often have to tab through repetitive header and navigation links on every page to reach the primary content. This provides a shortcut.
📸 Before/After: Visual presentation for mouse users is unchanged. Keyboard users now see a focused skip link at the top left of the page.
♿ Accessibility: Dramatically improves keyboard navigation efficiency and WCAG compliance.
📝 Journal: Added learning to .Jules/palette.md
