Combining #24–#34 leaves the conformance harness expecting the odd-length hex bug fixed by #33 and the ISNI URL gap fixed by #28. This follow-up reconciles those checks and runs the conformance, artifact-parity, provenance-test, and supply-chain-test gates in CI.

  • Retire eleven ISNI divergence entries only after comparing the complete outputs with the unchanged reference oracle. Keep all eleven tests as ordinary equality checks.
  • Replace the odd-length hex divergence with explicit rejection checks for both validation and encoding.
  • Record the partially fixed person ISNI anchor accurately: identifier selection now matches, but missing sameAs still changes the anchor bytes and atom ID. The README records both inspected outputs; the reference expectation is unchanged.
  • Keep the remaining 98 divergences, 23 TODOs, and 70 historical typed-Wikidata exclusions visible. The classifications ladders still need reconciliation; this is integration evidence, not release approval.

Validation on the combined tree: frozen install; build; typecheck; workspace tests; formatting/lint; schema and generated-file checks; supply-chain guard and 54 guard tests; artifact parity and 25 provenance tests; package registry; package dry-run; clean-room tarball smoke. Conformance: 1,027 pass, 23 TODO, zero failures. The first test run overlapped with packaging rebuilds and failed on missing generated files; after packaging completed, the sequential rerun passed. Local tools: Bun 1.3.11, Node 25.9.0; CI uses the repository-pinned Bun 1.3.3.

All eleven original child PRs were merged through GitHub with head-SHA checks and merge commits, preserving the dependency stacks. The resulting remote tree exactly matched the local integration tree before this follow-up. No package runtime code or oracle fixtures change here. PR #15 stays a draft; no npm publication or main-branch merge is included. New draft #35 appeared during integration and is outside this batch.
