Records the mainnet FeeProxy deployment so
@0xintuition/deploymentsand@0xintuition/peripheryresolve it, and removes the "testnet only" wording that predates it.FeeProxyon Intuition mainnet (1155):0x45B65BB9FFC4BC51C9e3a56902d9183dcff51B55, next to the existing testnet entry.getFeeProxyAddressFromChainId(1155)now resolves instead of throwing; a chain without a FeeProxy still throws.Verification
