The current
powpodis actually avdfpodsince it cannot be parallelized and is doing recursive proofs. This PR adds a newpowpodthat checks the difficulty of a hash, essentially verifying proof of work. Wood, stone and axe are updated to require it as a statement vs previously a hash was mined but not required in the predicate.
