Split the consolidated stack-plan into feature-specific docs: - docs/platform.md: overview, tooling/env, networks, general commands, SuperTokenV1Library notes, CI guidance, references, and platform commit history. - docs/wrapper.md: wrapper flow, wrapper commands, wrapper commit history. - docs/rewards.md: rewards path and current state, rewards commands, rewards commit history. Remove docs/stack-plan.md and update README to link to the new docs. Test plan: - Open docs/platform.md, docs/wrapper.md, docs/rewards.md and verify content is reorganized from the former stack-plan.md without invention, and each contains a filtered commit log (base → top). - README now points to the three docs, not stack-plan.md. - Run git --no-pager grep -n "stack-plan.md" to ensure no stale references remain.
