Owner request after #450: remove PowerShell from the Sentrux baseline.

Needs the owner receipt (#427 comment 6095718178) updated to:
approved-baseline-sha256: eafa01d528b84c7b0859a9a382e1f6ea8df07c051fe547665b5bdcf4805a0c48
Until then admission-policy / verify-owner-approval fails by design.

admission-policy / verify-owner-approval fails by design: the baseline digest changed and the owner receipt (#427 comment 6095718178) still records the old one. Blocked on the owner updating that receipt to approved-baseline-sha256: eafa01d528b84c7b0859a9a382e1f6ea8df07c051fe547665b5bdcf4805a0c48; then this check re-runs green. Nothing to fix in the PR itself (local sentrux gate passes: god files 26 -> 24, no blocking regression).

📝 Summary

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Chores
    • Eligible CI runs can use alternate Linux and Windows runners when the opt-in setting is enabled. This applies to qualifying branch pushes, manual runs, and pull requests from the same repository.
    • Runs that do not meet the eligibility conditions continue to use their existing runners. This routing applies across build, smoke, artifact, conformance, release, and skill-check workflows.

GitHub Actions jobs now select 5070X Linux or Windows runners when the feature variable and event conditions are met. The baseline removes four legacy PowerShell entries from godFiles and updates god_file_count from 30 to 26.

Changes: Conditional CI runner selection

Conditional runner selection across workflows

Eligible jobs use the corresponding 5070X runner when the feature variable and event conditions are met. Ineligible cases retain their existing runner selection. Ubuntu and Windows matrix aliases route to their matching runners; other matrix operating systems remain on their matrix runner.

Full details: Title check

Explanation

The title names the change: removing the four deleted .ps1 entries from the Sentrux baseline. The raw summary confirms the baseline drops four PowerShell god files and the god_file_count changes from 30 to 26. The 'chore(baseline):' prefix is a conventional-commit scope and is acceptable, though the title is specific and concise.

Full details: Description check

Explanation

The description is directly related to the changeset. It states that the four legacy/*.ps1 entries are removed from godFiles, that metrics.god_file_count changes from 30 to 26, and that no other metric changes. It also explains the owner receipt update needed for the admission-policy gate, which matches the objectives.

Full details: Docstring Coverage

Explanation

No functions found in the changed files to evaluate docstring coverage. Skipping docstring coverage check. Docstring coverage is scoped to functions touched by this diff. Analyzed 0 functions across 0 files. (3 skipped: 3 unsupported.)

Update the owner approval receipt before merging.

admission-policy / verify-owner-approval fails because the candidate baseline hash does not match the approved hash. Update the receipt to approved-baseline-sha256: eafa01d528b84c7b0859a9a382e1f6ea8df07c051fe547665b5bdcf4805a0c48, then rerun the check.

Agreed, and it's the owner's action by design: the receipt is the independent approval, so the PR can't change it. Left open until the receipt on #427 carries eafa01d5…a0c48.

@2233admin Thanks for clarifying. The receipt update is an owner action, not a PR code change. This finding remains open until the owner updates the receipt on #427 to the required digest and admission-policy / verify-owner-approval passes.

Learning: In 2233admin/code-intel-pipeline, the owner approval receipt on #427 provides independent approval for the Sentrux baseline. Only the owner can update that receipt; the candidate PR cannot change it. Treat a baseline digest mismatch as an owner approval dependency, not a repository code fix.

🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Make release runner selection reachable, or remove it.

This workflow triggers only on v* tag pushes. A tag ref cannot satisfy startsWith(github.ref, 'refs/heads/'), so package always uses matrix.os, even when CI_5070X_ENABLED is 'true'. If release packaging must use the 5070X runners, add a separate condition for trusted release tags. Otherwise, remove the unreachable selection. (raw.githubusercontent.com)
