ci: align collector catalog defaults across frontend and backend #108

Parent

#105

Scope

Make the collector catalog defaults consumed by the frontend regression script and backend schema-boundary test come from the same canonical source. This covers the failure observed on PR #97.

Acceptance criteria

• check-collector-l1-regressions.mjs --print-catalog-defaults exits successfully.
• test_workflow_collector_runtime.py::test_frontend_catalog_defaults_validate_at_backend_schema_boundary passes.
• Collector node contracts and fail-closed behavior remain unchanged.
• The fix does not introduce a second hard-coded source of truth.
