GHSA-scored high-severity Bleichenbacher timing oracle in PKCS#7 EnvelopedData decryption, cryptography <50.0.0. Transitive via pyjwt[crypto]; qmtcli/pyjwt use cryptography only for JWT RSA/EC sign+verify, never PKCS#7 envelopes, so the exploitable path likely isn't reachable here -- pinning the floor anyway via uv's override-dependencies since it's not a direct dependency to bump. Verified: uv sync clean, 267/267 tests pass.
