Hourly 1019 HIGH fold off latest main after merged #69 (0923 / §144) and merged #68 (README ends at License). Fresh PR (cursor/hourly-1019-fold-7311). Do not reopen or amend PR #23–#69. Does not bump 0.5.0. Jev-omni#59 remains an open draft; this fold does not treat it as merged.
