Summary

Hourly 1352 (Boise, 2026-09-21 ~13:52 MDT) folds 65 items into research/notes.md §151. TypeSafe Jev stays the default path. The hour is the broader decision-model class: triage policy, training-free logit debiasing, catalogs, verbatim compaction, typed clients, graph recall, soft routing, chess legality, an unofficial .NET SDK, and a cached-causal LoRA.

Rebased onto post-#75 main (bdb0acb). glance §147, hourly 1203 §148, lev §149, and hourly 1256 §150 are on main. This fold is §151 only. §150 Hourly 1256 (composition 777-792 / findings batch #130) stays intact. This fold is composition 793-808 / findings batch #131. Do not reclaim §147–§150.

The uniqueness lock lives in research/notes.md and uniqueness_gate.py only. README still ends at License.

• benjamincanac/tia: Jev decides, the generator writes the comment, code owns irreversible writes. The model never classifies. Dry-run is the default. A missing config on install opens one dry-run setup pull request. Form-applied labels such as triage can be removed. Human-applied labels stay.
• MorrisZJ/AnyJev: L0 removes position and label-prior bias and is not calibration. Qwen3-8B banking20 flip 0.227 to 0.077, L1 ECE 0.100 theirs. Jev 1.13.0 accuracy 0.727 is the published figure and was not rerun. Measured Laya fine-tune 0.768 and the 0.766 headline stay two sentences.
• andududu/jeview: answers nothing itself. The local sqlite stores the key as plain text.
• satiricalguru/Fast-Jev-Agents: never summarizes. Pinned text stays.
• Alberto-Codes/judgevet: probe says a noul answer carries no confidence field. A later README sentence disagrees. Card the probe.
• Emlembow/jevgraph: top-five source recall 63.9% to 81.8% theirs. Unanswerable questions still returned hits.
• Ivanovskyi/typesafe-ai-gateway: 0.75 still soft. routing is not permission.
• abe17124/jev-laya-chess-bench: legal UCI moves are code. No W/D/L table, so none is invented.
• adelaserna82/jev-model-net-sdk: unofficial, simulation first.
• karozi/awesome-jev-resources: catalog is not endorsement.

Revisit

• hf:abidlabs/jev-typed-decisions-causal-0.6b: first card, revisit tag, no prior notes card (prior_sha null). Quote quick_eval acc 0.6234 and NLL 1.2755 on n=640 theirs. Do not quote report arm B 0.7518 / ECE 0.0154 as this checkpoint.
