This PR finally updates the packaging to something a little less archaic, since I couldn't even build the project on my mac and I didn't want to figure out how.
Also along for the ride is a small patch to core/blitserial, enabling auto-detection of one of a dict of vid/pid: name entries so that
32blit installwill work with Tufty 2350.
