Two causes on run 38880007740: (1) Rust (default) 'Supply chain policy check': the same transient zip yank as #971, now unyanked and green on PR legs. (2) Rust (macos, nightly): a real regression from #961, where the auto_discover tests' tempdir sits under /var/folders and the unix system-folder filter matched by string prefix. Fixed in #973; this issue closes when #973 merges and the macOS leg passes.

Fixed by #973 (aaba143). Its branch workflow_dispatch run 38974339944 passed every leg, including Rust (macos, nightly). The zip yank was transient.
