All four packages looked almost identical on NuGet
Users could not tell which one to install
Tags were poorly parsed (comma-separated)

Each package has a distinct role:
Builder
Shared
On-Prem Engine
Cloud Implementation
Titles, Descriptions, and Tags reinforce that role consistently
Cloud vs On-Prem vs Shared is immediately obvious
