Summary

Closes #239.

• Add read-only ExecutionRun.checkResource and ResourceCheck, with pending-reservation/terminal-state/validation semantics. Reserve remains authoritative.
• Add a local contract builder with copy/export and 36 SDK parity scenarios, interactive recovery walkthrough, copyable OpenAI example, and clear in-process positioning.
• Unify marketing/docs navigation; remove stale localhost authentication links. Keep documentation sidebars.
• Record official-source competitor research and separate repository-only APIs from published npm features.

Validation

• 201 SDK/core/builder tests in 30 files passed locally.
• SDK TypeScript builds, clean typed packed npm consumer (new API included), JSONL recovery and fresh-process SQLite/CLI smoke passed.
• Marketing production build (41 pages), lint and TypeScript passed.
• Hosted browser verification pending Vercel preview. No mobile visual check claimed yet.

Boundaries

No database mutation, schema rollout, npm publication, version bump, price promises, provider calls, or arbitrary-code playground. Builder is labeled local arithmetic; capacity checks are not reservations. New API remains marked unreleased.

Risk / rollback

Additive SDK API with no existing execution-method behavior changes. Public UI only, no platform data changes. Revert this PR to restore the prior page and API.
