docs(readme): show the ranked lever rail - #18
Merged
Conversation
The Features list covered what the dashboard measures but not what it tells you to do about it, which is the part a reader is deciding whether they want. The rail ranks every lever by the money it would recover on their own transcripts, with the share of the bill and the risk attached. Carries the two caveats the panel prints — each lever is scored alone so the figures overlap and do not sum, and none are wired in this release — because a list of dollar figures with neither would read as a promise. Description

Carries the two caveats the panel prints — each lever is scored alone so the figures overlap and do not sum, and none are wired in this release — because a list of dollar figures with neither would read as a promise.
